Carol Donovan

Carol joined Kraematon in 1999 and serves as Compliance Administrator for both Kraematon’s broker dealer (Donegal Securities, Inc.) and Kraematon Investment Advisors.  It is her job to make sure all procedures comply with state, federal and FINRA rules and regulations; she also provides customer service to insurance clients.

Prior to joining Kraematon, Carol spent nearly 20 years in a variety of roles gaining experience in the industry.  She graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Psychology and holds a Massachusetts Life, Accident and Health Insurance Producer’s license.

Originally from New York, Carol lives in Holliston with her husband Jack, sons Alex and Ryan, dog Izzy and her cat Skye.
